Own Land? 3 Partnership Models to Develop It Without Full Funding

Many landowners in Syria hold a valuable asset that earns them nothing, because developing it takes funding, expertise and management they may not have. The good news is that developing land does not have to mean funding the whole project. At Royal Estate we work with three main partnership models.

1. Land-for-units

You contribute the land; we handle design, permits and construction, and you receive an agreed share of the finished units.

Best for: owners who want to develop without injecting capital.

2. Development for a fee

You keep full ownership of the project while we develop, manage and supervise it for a fee agreed upfront.

Best for: owners and companies with funding who need a reliable developer.

3. Investment partnership

Shared capital between the owner, investors and the group, with returns split according to the agreed shares.

Best for: large, commercial and mixed-use projects.
